Job Purpose: Reporting to the Director, Property Operations, the Coordinator, Property will serve as the first point of contact for Property questions, and support the team with general customer support assistance. They will also manage ongoing interactions with network property users managing engagement, running monthly reports, assistance with Maintenance tracking, and occasional CRM updating.

  • Location(s): Flexible on Canadian location; ideally Edmonton or Toronto
  • Status: 1.0 FTE; 6 Month Contract
  • Reports to: Director, Client Relations
  • Physical Environment: Corporate or Home Office

You will

  • Serve as first point of contact for property managers and their administrative staff, triaging to appropriate Vertical City team members
  • Ensure property questions and concerns are addressed in a timely manner
  • Elev8 Support
  • Primary Troubleshooting
  • Managing screen issues – hardware and software
  • Report issues to internal and/or external support teams
  • Liaise between property and internal or external support teams to ensure fix is completed
  • Uploading JPEG/PNG files to screens on behalf of properties
  • Undertake bi-weekly Elev8 Training for new clients
  • AirTable and Salesforce Management
  • Updating contact and property changes
  • Log communications with users and properties
  • Coordinate with Growth Team on survey administration
  • Follow property along “funnel” process
  • Assist in lead generation campaigns/proposal preparation
  • Administer engagement campaigns with Growth Team to existing users
  • Installation support:
  • Run User training sessions
  • Ensure welcome packages are delivered to all new clients

You Have


  • Diploma or degree in business administration or related field an asset, but not required


  • 3+ years in customer service role
  • Experience in marketing capacity or environment an asset
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Outreach, Salesforce)

Required competencies/knowledge/skills/abilities:

  • Exceptional organizational, verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Exceptional customer service delivery
  • Data driven thinker
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have high attention to detail
